1Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and
StickyBunch ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the StickyBunch
application, you agree to these Terms and to our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated
by reference. Your use of the app is additionally subject to
Apple's
Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
2The service
StickyBunch generates sticker packs from photos you provide, using
AI image generation. Generated packs can be saved to your device
and exported to supported messaging applications, including
WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage. Sticker generation consumes
credits, which are available as in-app purchases.
3Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital
consent in your jurisdiction, to use StickyBunch.

The app can be used without signing in. Until you sign in, your
sticker packs are stored only on your device and are not
recoverable if the app is deleted.

Signing in with Sign in with Apple enables cloud backup of your
packs and credits, and allows them to be restored on other
devices. Purchasing credits requires signing in, so purchases
are associated with your account rather than a single
installation.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your
account.

You may delete your account at any time in
Settings → Delete Account.
4Credits & purchases

One credit corresponds to one sticker-pack generation. New users
receive one complimentary credit.

Credits are one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple and do
not expire.

If a generation fails due to a service error, the credit is
automatically returned to your balance. A generation that
completes successfully consumes the credit, regardless of your
satisfaction with the output (see Section 7).

Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable and, except
where required by applicable law, non-refundable. Refund
requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion.
5User content
You retain all rights to the photos you submit. By submitting a
photo, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it
solely to provide the service. As between you and us, you own the
stickers you create and may use them for personal purposes.
You represent and warrant that:

you have the necessary rights to every photo you submit;

where a photo depicts another person, you have that person's
consent; and
-
you will not submit photos of others for the purpose of
harassment, impersonation, or ridicule.
6Acceptable use
You may not use StickyBunch to create or attempt to create:
-
sexual content involving minors or content that sexualizes
minors — such use results in immediate termination and, where
required, referral to authorities;
- non-consensual intimate imagery of real persons;
-
content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against
any person or group; or
-
content intended to deceive, including impersonation of a real
person for fraudulent purposes.
Automated safety filters are applied to every generation and may
decline a request. You agree not to circumvent these filters,
reverse-engineer the app, or abuse the credit system. To report
content you believe infringes your rights, contact
support@stickybunch.com.
7AI-generated content
Stickers are produced by generative AI. Output varies between
generations in likeness, style, and quality, and in-app previews
are illustrative rather than guarantees of results. This
variability is inherent to generative AI and does not constitute
a defect in the service.
8Intellectual property
The StickyBunch application, including its design, name, logo, and
software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property
laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or
control, in accordance with these Terms. WhatsApp, Telegram, and
Apple are trademarks of their respective owners; StickyBunch is
not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
9Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any
time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate
these Terms, particularly Section 6. Credits remaining on an
account terminated for violation are forfeited. Sections that by
their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5,
8, 10, 11, and 12 — survive.
10Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and
"as available", without warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet
your expectations.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for
indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our
aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited
to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the
claim. You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims
arising from your breach of these Terms, including the submission
of content you had no right to use. Nothing in these Terms limits
rights granted to you by consumer-protection law that cannot be
waived.
12Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates,
and disputes not resolved informally are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates. If the
consumer laws of your place of residence grant you additional
protections or a different forum, those rights are unaffected.
13Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date above
reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be
communicated in the app. Continued use of the service after a
change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
